Ruptured bronchus following endobronchial intubation. A case report.

Abstract

A case of a ruptured bronchus, following endobronchial intubation with a double-lumen tube, is reported. Possible contributing factors and causes of this bronchial rupture are discussed and careful monitoring of cuff pressures is advocated.
