Abstract
The activity of new cyclopentanoic and cyclohexanoic analogues of ethambutol on various strains of mycobacteria was determined. Three compounds were effective mainly on tuberculous strains; only one was like ethambutol, being effective on both tuberculous and saprophytic strains.Entities:
