Abstract
Report on a cervical pregnancy in the 25th week of gestation in a secondgravida aged 23 years. There was a severe and unstaunchable bleeding after fetal expulsion and the trial of separation of placenta. The uterus had to be removed. The correct diagnosis was possible only by laparotomy. Definition, pathogenesis, difficulties in differential diagnosis and therapy are reported.Entities:
