Abstract
In multiple myeloma, diffuse infiltration of the liver by myeloma cells can result in hepatic dysfunction and enzyme elevation. Discrete plasmacytomas are unusual and seldom disturb hepatobiliary function. We report a patient who developed jaundice due to extrahepatic biliary obstruction caused by an abdominal plasmacytoma.Entities:
