Abstract
A 4-year-old girl presented with a nasopharyngeal rhabdomyosarcoma and had the characteristic features of the naevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome. She was treated with a modified standard combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. However, radiotherapy had to be interrupted because of severe radiation recall.Entities:
