Abstract
An unusual presentation of metastatic vaginal carcinoma is reported. A patient with primary squamous cell carcinoma of the vagina presented with symptoms of acute congestive heart failure, and pulmonary lymphangitic spread of the squamous cell carcinoma was found. The use of a Swan-Ganz catheter and the possible efficacy of transbronchia biopsy are discussed.Entities:
