Abstract
Two cases of sinus pericranii are reported. X-ray films, taken with the direct injection of contrast medium into the extracranial blood cavity, made visualization of the intracranial venous systems possible in both cases. The pericranial blood sinuses were totally removed and communications through the osseous holes were closed with bone wax. The pericranial blood sinuses, surrounded by connective tissues, were located mainly in the subgaleal and supraperiosteal space. The literature is reviewed.Mesh:
