Abstract
Female mice that had been situated in utero between two female fetuses displayed higher levels of active avoidance responding in adult life than females that had been located between two male fetuses and males for whom uterine position was without effect. Uterine position, therefore, influences acquired as well as species-typical behaviors.Entities:
