Subdural hygroma of the spinal meninges: a case report.

Abstract

A case of a subdural hygroma or chronic subdural hematoma of the thoracolumbar spinal meninges is described. This became symptomatic 9 years after trauma. Terminological ambiguity is discussed, along with the detailed clinical, radiological, and operative presentations of this rare condition.
