Abstract
In this paper we present what is apparently the tenth published case of vulvitis circumscripta plasmacellularis (Zoon). The patient had eroded, red-brown, asymptomatic vulvar lesions that were recalcitrant to treatment. The characteristic histopathology--dense plasma cell infiltrate and deposition of hemosiderin--was present.Entities:
