Urachal carcinoma: two case reports and a review of the literature.

Abstract

Two cases of adenocarcinoma of the urachus are reported. The tumour is rare and carries a poor prognosis because of lack of awareness of the condition, difficulty in making a preoperative diagnosis, characteristically late presentation and early spread.
