Multiple myeloma and syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone.

I have described a patient with multiple myeloma who had hyponatremia probably secondary to SIADH. Multiple myeloma, heretofore not considered as a cause of SIADH, should be added to the long list of diseases and drugs that cause this syndrome.
