[An isolated neurinoma in the pancreas (author's transl)].

The authors report the clinical record of an isolated neurinoma in the pancreas of a fifty year old African woman. Thanks to this observation and ten other cases previously described by literature, they remind of the rarity of this localization as of the polymorphous clinical aspects in this disease. They point out the difficulty of anerting the positive diagnostic as well as the importance of the histological investigation which alone can authenticate the lesion and precise its benign ou malignant nature.
