Abstract
Cerebrospinal fluid dissemination of medulloblastoma occurs despite adequate systemic chemotherapy, and unless it is present at the time of initial diagnosis, occurs late in the course of the disease. Intrathecal chemotherapy with an implanted Ommaya reservoir can produce short-term benefit. We report here our protocol for and the results of intrathecal chemotherapy for leptomeningeal dissemination of medulloblastoma.Entities:
