Abstract
In three patients taking baclofen on a long-term basis, hallucinosis and/or seizures developed with abrupt reduction of dose or discontinuation of baclofen therapy. These cases emphasize the advisability of tapering the dose of baclofen gradually after long-term administration.Entities:
