Abstract
The case is reported of a 15-year-old girl who presented following trauma and was found to have a massive congenital diaphragmatic hernia through the foramen of Bochdalek. The spleen, which was intrathoracic, had ruptured. No other similar cases have been reported in the literature hitherto.Entities:
