Anesthesiologist at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, have developed a series of forms that enable them to compile comprehensive data describing all phases of the anesthesia course. The data are used in evaluating care through mortality conferences and anesthesia care evaluations. Eventually, the forms will be used to produce computerized evaluations of the anesthetic management of all surgical and maternity cases.
