[Early diagnosis and treatment of aneurysmal hemorrhages (author's transl)].

The diagnostic and therapeutic procedures after aneurysmal hemorrhage are described. The most important aspects in history-taking, indication for lumbar puncture, the evaluation of computer tomographic findings and the method of angiography are presented and in particular the timely coordination of the preoperative measures and the operation is commented on.
