Abstract
A simple method of raising antiserum to the third fraction of mouse serum complement (C3) is described. C3 was precipitated with activated zymosan and was injected with complete Freund's adjuvant subcutaneously into rabbits. The antiserum raised is monospecific and found suitable for quantitation of C3 concentration in mouse serum by single radial diffusion method.Entities:
