Perforated jejunal diverticulum due to foreign body.

Inflammation is the commonest cause of jejunal diverticulum perforation. Perforation from foreign body is a clinical rarity, with only two cases documented. A third case of perforation due to foreign body is presented with a brief review of the literature.
