Abstract
In surgical management of diseases of the biliary tract, tubes are frequently used to achieve decompression, stent an anastomosis, or form tracts for later instrumental manipulation. The T tube, the modified Y tube, and the transhepatic tube are each efficacious in particular situations, and should be carefully selected to improve long-term results.Mesh：
