Abstract
A new enzyme protein, diphenol oxidase, has been isolated and purified from human red cells and catalyzes the in vitro formation of adrenochrome from epinephrine and of melanin from dihydroxyphenylalanine. Some immunological and physicochemical properties of this protein have been studied.Entities:
