Abstract
A sensitive, reproducible and easily performed enzyme immunoassay (EIA) based on a sandwich technique is described for serological detection of HBeAg and anti-HBe. EIA appears to be 600 times more sensitive than immunodiffusion and counterimmunoelectrophoresis and its performance compares well with available radioimmunoassays.Mesh：
