Abstract
Viral infections of the respiratory tract are more common but less easily treated than bacterial infections. Knowledge of the current patterns of susceptibility of the most common bacterial agents helps in selecting therapy. Many infections can be treated in the office empirically, provided adequate follow-up is assured.Entities:
