Abstract
A 67-year-old thin diabetic man went into remission four months after onset of diabetes mellitus and initiation of therapy with an oral hypoglycemic agent. Eighteen months later the patient was still in remission. During this period, he experienced the severe stress of a modified jaw resection for carcinoma.Entities:
