Abstract
Paranasal sinusitis is the commonest source of infection causing a subdural and frontal lobe abscess and is associated with a mortality of 25 per cent. The ear, nose and throat surgeon should be consulted by his neurosurgical colleague at the earliest stage of management in order to deal with the primary source of infection.Entities:
