Abstract
A 34-year-old woman with a rupture of a pancreatic pseudocyst into the left pleural cavity and with a transdiaphragmatic lung herniation is described. According to literature, this type of condition seems to be extremely rare. The diagnostic and therapeutic problems of the situation are discussed as well.Entities:
