G K Steinberg, L M Rowan, J E White, D A Kristt.

Abstract

A unique intradural neoplasm of the cauda equina is presented. The tumor was composed of two neoplastic populations: ependymal cells in a papillary pattern and ganglion cells occurring individually or in clusters. The patient remains asymptomatic 1 year after resection of the tumor.
