Abstract
In 40 cases of pseudophakic retinal detachment 88% of the retinas were reattached, and 20% of the patients had a final visual acuity of 6/12 or better. Poor visualization of the fundus in 38% of the cases and the inability to find retinal breaks in 20% of the cases were major problems in management.Entities:
