Abstract
A capillary column gas chromatographic mass spectrometric method, involving the use of a deuterated analogue as internal standard, was developed and used to identify and quantify tryptamine in the rat brain. The mean level of tryptamine in rat whole brain was 0.54 pmol g-1.Entities:
