Abstract
A case of a 5-year-old child with a rare nevus of a hair follicle is reported. Histologically it was characterized by many hair follicles within the dermis at the same level of maturation. This nevus must be differentiated from other hamartomas of hair follicles and from Becker's nevus.Entities:
