Abstract
Not all parathyroid glands can be visualized by CT or ultrasound and, therefore, cannot be aspirated using these techniques. We report the localization of a parathyroid gland by arteriography and needle aspiration under fluoroscopic guidance. This technique can be used to confirm a diagnosis of hypervascular parathyroid tissue that cannot otherwise be confirmed.Entities:
