Abstract
Deoxynucleoside phosphoramidites can be prepared in good yield from deoxynucleosides, bis- dialkylaminophosphines , and the corresponding dialkylamine hydrotetrazolide or tetrazole as catalysts. These phosphoramidites generated in situ lead to the direct synthesis of deoxyoligonucleotides on polymer supports.Entities:
