Ureteral common iliac artery fistula: a complication of internal double-J ureteral stent.

Abstract

An unusual complication is reported of an internal double-J catheter in a patient with malignant retroperitoneal fibrosis. A spontaneous ureteral common iliac arterial fistula developed secondary to pressure necrosis of these structures by the internal stent.
