L J Grylack, K D Anderson.

Abstract

The case of an 8-week-old premature infant with right upper lobe atelectasis and right middle and lower lobe emphysema secondary to a traumatic granuloma in the right bronchus intermedius is presented. Bronchoscopy with the use of a Fogarty catheter allowed identification and removal of the granuloma, with resolution of the pulmonary abnormalities.
