Computed tomography of bladder leiomyoma.

A case of bladder leiomyoma is reported with computed tomographic (CT) features suggesting a malignant epithelial tumor. Cystoscopy demonstrated intact mucosa stretched over a submucosal tumor and suggested the diagnosis of leiomyoma. Direct coronal CT confirmed the origin of the tumor within the bladder rather than within the uterus.
