Abstract
Acute myelofibrosis developed in a patient with longstanding chronic lymphocytic leukaemia who had been treated with alkylating agents and total body irradiation. The case is discussed in the context of acute non-lymphoid leukaemias occurring in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia with special reference to megakaryoblastic variants.Entities:
