Priapism associated with trazodone therapy: case report.

Abstract

A case of priapism associated with trazodone is described. Erection subsided spontaneously after 4 hours, with subsequent potency unimpaired. No published reports of priapism with antidepressants were located, but 11 cases have been reported to the manufacturers.
