Computed tomography and ultrasound studies of prostatic utricle cyst associated with unilateral renal agenesis. A case report.

A case history is presented regarding a prostatic utricle cyst associated with unilateral renal agenesis in a young man. The cause of this developmental defect is elucidated. The diagnostic findings using computed tomography and ultrasound examination in addition to intravenous pyelography are reported and the value of these new examinations is emphasized.
