Abstract
Post-traumatic thoracobiliary fistulas are preventable complications of thoracoabdominal trauma. Once established, prompt diagnosis and early surgical intervention with chest drainage after decortication, suture repair of the diaphragmatic lacerations, and extraperitoneal liver drainage are crucial in the management of this complication.Entities:
