Abstract
We have reviewed 39 cases of ruptured spleen in children from 1979 to march 1983 at Ste-Justine Hospital in Montreal. We were mainly interested in the role of ultrasonography, its value and limitations. The practical management is exposed. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first report of this kind in pediatrics.Entities:
