Abstract
Lower limb rotational problems in the patient with cerebral palsy represent a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge to the clinician. A literature review suggests that increased muscle tone may be the cause of these problems. This article proposes a simple diagnostic plan and discusses the various treatment plans and options.Entities:
