Duodenal polyp composed of ectopic gastric mucosa.

Abstract

Occurrence of duodenal polyps composed of ectopic gastric mucosa is rare. This report presents a case of single duodenal polyp composed of ectopic gastric mucosa in an adult male which was electroresected during endoscopic examination by means of a diathermic snare.
