Abstract
Reported are two patients with adenocarcinoma of the large bowel following ureterosigmoidostomy by 40 and 53 years. The interval of 53 years is the longest yet recorded in the literature. Long-term surveillance with endoscopy and urine cytology is advocated.Entities:
