CT of ear structures: a tailored approach.

D W Chakeres.

Abstract

A major advance in imaging of the ear structures has occurred with the development of high-resolution, thin-section computed tomography. The purpose of this article is to explain a technique tailored to the CT evaluation of specific anatomic structures. The normal CT anatomy of the ear is demonstrated.
