Epidural hematoma complicating Paget's disease of the skull: a case report.

A case of epidural hematoma associated with Paget's disease of the skull, following minimal head trauma, is presented. Review of the literature yielded only one previously reported case of this association. Factors of relevance in the development of epidural hematoma in patients with Paget's disease of the skull are discussed, and steps to consider in that situation are recommended. In view of the steady increase in the elderly population of this country, this association is likely to become more frequently seen.
