Abstract
A patient with chronic pseudotumor cerebri experienced precipitous visual loss as a result of a central retinal vein occlusion associated with an intracranial pressure elevation of 520 mm of CSF and a fall of mean systemic arterial pressure. Optic nerve sheath decompression was associated with substantial improvement of vision.Entities:
