Abstract
The first case of oral contraceptive (OC)-related common hepatic artery thrombosis with subsequent hepatic infarction is reported. Hepatic complications of OC use are enumerated and the clinical manifestation of hepatic infarction is described. Propranolol hydrochloride, because of its effect on liver blood flow, may have contributed to this disease process.Entities:
