Phantom boarders as a symptom of late paraphrenia.

Abstract

Three elderly women believed that people were living in their homes. These delusions and congruent hallucinations occurred without other evidence of thought disorder, affective disturbance, or organicity and may be a subset of late paraphrenia, one of the atypical psychoses.
