[Spondylosis hyperostotica (Forestier's disease) - differential diagnosis of dysphagia].

Abstract

Spondylosis hyperostotica is described by means of a case report. It may cause dysphagia by massive ventral exostoses of the cervical spine. Therapeutic aspects are discussed.
